HOW IS MY ORDER PROCESSED?
We process orders in 4-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays After processing, items are shipped out and takes about seven (7) to ten (10) days to arrive to you for domestic orders, sometimes less. On rare occasions, orders with multiple items, may arrive to you in separate packages depending on which of our showrooms we are sending it from. You will however receive your complete order around the same time frame. To request express shipping, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org after placing your order.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Note, First Class Airmail does not provide tracking information post leaving the USA. First Class Airmail typically takes 15-26 days depending on your country's customs. If you would like to be able to track the progress of your delivery, please contact us through email first so that we can give you rates for Express Mail services.

TAXES AND DUTIES
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packageS.
CURRENCY AND CONVERSIONS
All prices listed on our site are in US dollars, and charged to your credit card in US dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but in general it should match closely with the current rate.
