Taxes and Duties
In some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. Belle Muse is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
By placing an order at Belle Muse, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Belle Muse. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please see our Return Policy for return instructions.
What if my package is refused or not delivered?
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order. Lost or "Non-Delivery packages": Customers are responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company within 14 days. Customer must then provide us with the claim information from the shipping company within this time frame so that we can investigate the lost order. Belle Muse is not responsible for misdelivered packages, however all customers can select insurance for their packages.
- Misdelivery: If you choose not to have your order re-delivered, we can refund you the cost of the items, but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the carrier will be deducted from the refund as well as a 25% restocking fee.
