Things didn't work out? No problem! We happy accept returns for store credit within 14 days from the date your order is confirmed delivery.
All items in the Sale or Semi Annual Sale tab are final sale, as well as the following items: Handbags, Swimwear and Resortwear, Jewelry, Accessories, Intimate Apparel, and Gift Cards.
All goods returned must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused (free from wear, stains, odors or any condition that would prevent the item(s) from being sold as new). Returned item(s) must have their original tags attached. If your return is soiled with make up or tarnished with deodorant, perfume or similar product stains, it will be shipped back to you and is subject to additional shipping cost.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable. If free shipping was applied when placing your order, this fee will be deducted from your return.
Helpful Hint: If returning by mail, we suggest using USPS flat rate shipping for convenience (you can find information on flat rate shipping HERE). You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.
What if my package is refused or not delivered?
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.
- If you choose not to have your order re-delivered, we can refund you the cost of the items, but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the carrier will be deducted from the refund as well as a 25% restocking fee.
• Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, to initiate your return or exchange and receive a return authorization number. All items returned without return authorization will be returned to sender at customer's expense.
• Complete the Return Voucher you received and kindly include it in your package.
• Customer is responsible for return postage fees. It is advised to use a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit and shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
