You must contact us within (7) days of delivery confirmation to request Return Authorization. After these (7) days, we do not offer returns. Please email email@example.com to request Return Authorization and include your order number.
- All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds. ALL returns are processed for store credit, no exceptions.
- Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
- Damaged items, incorrect items, or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise. Any reports after that will only be issued store credit.
- Merchandise must be unused, no signs of wear, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Merchandise must include all tags and original packaging.
- Final Sale Items include: Handbags, Belts, Shoes, Swimwear & Resortwear, Jewelry, Accessories, Tights, Hosiery, Intimate Apparel, Gift Cards as well as any PRE-SALE and SALE merchandise
- All items returned without return authorization will be returned to sender at customer's expense or subjected to a 20% restocking fee, less shipping charges.
- Customer is responsible for return postage fees. It is advised to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

- Store Credit is processed in US Dollars.
- Store Credit is valid for 90 days after date issued.
- Store Credit is processed within (5) business days after we receive your return.
- Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.
