Q: How do I know if you received my order?

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. Should you not receive an email from us, please email us at orders@belle-muse.com and we will happily assist you.

Q: What if I want to change or cancel my order?

If you would like to modify your order, please email orders@belle-muse.com within one (1) hour of placing your order. After one (1) hour of placing your order, it can not be cancelled as it’s already being processed at the warehouse. You’ll need to place another order or return any unwanted items.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide.

Q: How long does it take for me to receive my order?

We typically process orders in 4-8 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. After processing it takes orders about 5-7 days to be delivered for order within the USA. 

Q: How long does it take to process my Return?

We process returns within 7 business days of receiving your package. You will receive an email confirmation with store credit once return is processed. Please note, we do not offer cash refunds. All returns will receive store credit.

Q: The item I love is sold out. What can I do?
