How do I know if you received my order?

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. Should you not receive an email from us, please email us at orders@belle-muse.com and we will happily assist you.

What if I want to change my order?

If you would like to modify your order, please email orders@belle-muse.com within one (1) hour of placing your order. We process orders in a timely fashion, so the sooner, the better. We do reserve the right to deny an order modification.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Please note that shipping and custom rates may vary.

 

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

We typically process orders in 4-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays  After processing it takes orders about 7-10 days to be delivered, sometimes less. On rare occasions, orders with multiple items, may arrive to you in separate packages depending on which of our showrooms we are sending it from. You will however receive your complete order around the same time frame. For more information, please visit our shipping page.

How long does it take to process my Return?

We process returns within 7 business days of receiving your package. You will receive an email confirmation with store credit once return is processed. Please note, we do not offer cash refunds. All returns will receive store credit, no exceptions. 

Do you have a size chart?

For your convenience, most size specifications are labeled directly in the description section of each product. Please allow 3-6 cm differences due to manual measurement.
